As a Certified Executive and Leadership Coach, Jodi Landers has extensive experience in coaching leaders to break through barriers, increase their effectiveness and maximize their capabilities to lead at a higher level. She is skilled at working with teams, helping them reveal opportunities for growth to increase their cohesiveness and productivity, while leveraging their strengths to achieve exceptional results.
Jodi utilizes a personal coaching as well as a consultative approach when working with organizations, to fully understand their pain points and partner with them to identify solutions that help drive their success. With over 25 years of leadership development experience in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, Jodi has a passion for helping leaders grow into the best version of themselves. Prior to going into business for herself, she served as Chief People Officer at St. Joseph Orphanage in Cincinnati where she provided Executive and Leadership Coaching as well as led Human Resources, Talent Management, Staff Development, the Agency Leadership Academy, and the New Leader Bootcamp.
Jodi is certified in the DiSC Profile and the Emotional Social Competence Inventory. She earned her Executive Coaching Certification from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, graduated from the University of Central Florida with a master’s degree in Education and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
